When do we deliver? 

After you order, we need a few days to visit farmers and suppliers to collect your produce then our team will carefully pack your fresh produce and other products. To make sure there is time to get everything right our order cut-off times occur a few days before delivery.

When you checkout, you will be able to check the delivery days available to you based on your address. Organic Food Hub delivers on Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays depending on your location.

At the current time we are delivering twice a week across NSW.

When should you order?

  • Monday 10pm Order cut-off for orders delivered on Saturdays

  • Wednesday 10pm Order cut-off for orders delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays in some areas.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order is packed in a sealed cardboard box with paper lining and an ice bottle. We deliver in a refrigerated van all the way to your front door and the temperature of your order is maintained perfectly all the way from the farm to your place. You don't need to be home when we deliver and your produce will remain fresh and cool for when you arrive home to unpack everything.

How will quality be maintained at all times?

  • Our team is the largest certified organic produce wholesaler operating on the east cost of Australia and Queensland so this provides access to the highest quality stock every day as it comes in from our certified organic farmers.

  • When we pack your order, every item is selected according to very strict quality control guidelines.

  • We know that your products need to be selected as if it was you choosing each item.

  • We promise that if any stock is not satisfactory quality it simply won't be packed. 

  • Heavier items are packed on the bottom, glass and eggs are wrapped as we take extra special care to ensure that your food arrives safely. 

What if a product is damaged?

We will always do our absolute best to make sure that everything runs well but occasionally its possible that a product can get damaged in transit. Please let us know straight away if there is an issue with your order and we will provide an appropriate refund in line with the situation that has occurred.

Management of Substitutions.

Due to situations occuring across the country, there may be supply shortages with some products. On the Checkout page you can tick the box to either allow us to make substitutions. (We will only ever pack a similar item), or you can simply have us deduct the amount and process a refund for the unavailable item.
